Inconel 718 Seamless Pipe has very high creep rupture strengths at elevated temperatures at about 700 degrees Celsius. It is a high strength alloy with high corrosion resistance properties. In addition to hardening, it could also be readily fabricated. It has minimum tensile strength at 1100MPa and minimum yield strength at 980MPa which are both very high values. So the material is suitable to operate in cryogenic applications, aviation and aerospace and other high temperature services. Since the oilfield applications can encounter highly corrosive content and high temperatures, the alloy 718 is used in aerospace components and in oilfield applications.
We manufacture Inconel 718 seamless pipe & tube according to ASTM B983. We have complete cold rolling, cold drawing, annealing, pickling and other process equipment. Any size and performance needs are guaranteed. We will carry out solution treatment and aging treatment on the material according to the standard requirements, which will ensure the best high temperature strength of the material.
